The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales performance across various markets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.Promote the company's recruitment and workforce mobility services.Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.Prepare proposals, contracts, and commercial offers.Achieve individual and team sales targets.Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and marketing teams to ensure excellent client service.Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.RequirementsPrevious experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent English language skills (additional languages are an advantage).Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Experience using CRM systems is considered an advantage.Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
