Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining corporate and B2B clients (conferences, events, business customers) in order to maximize company revenue through strategic sales and long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and events segments.
• Manage and grow the existing client portfolio.
• Participate in business meetings, networking events, and sales presentations.
• Promote and sell company services, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
• Monitor the market, competition, and commercial trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of contracted services.
• Track client satisfaction and maintain long-term commercial relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve established sales targets.
• Prepare commercial proposals and action plans to drive revenue growth.
• Organize and coordinate events dedicated to current and prospective clients.
• Comply with professional standards, internal procedures, and information confidentiality requirements.

• Candidate Profile
• Sales experience within the hospitality (Hospitality) industry.
• Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
• Conversational English skills.
