Sales Manager – Romania & Moldova


The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Sales Manager who combines strong sales skills with strategic thinking.

In this role, you will manage and grow existing distributor relationships, identify new business opportunities, and take full ownership of the commercial strategy for your territory. You will represent our company and brands in the market — visible, active, and closely connected to your partners.


What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and growing existing accounts

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors in Romania and Moldova
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for your partners, supporting both daily needs and long-term planning


Bringing in new business

  • Identify and approach new distribution partners
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Lead new prospects through the full sales cycle, from first contact to active partnership


Owning the commercial strategy

  • Define and execute the strategy for your territory
  • Manage pricing in line with company guidelines and local market conditions
  • Monitor market trends, competition, risks, and opportunities


Being present in the field

  • Spend regular time with distributors and their sales teams
  • Deliver product training and support sales activities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product portfolio and help partners maximize results


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management
  • Experience working with distributors and managing partner relationships
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Solid understanding of pricing and commercial negotiations
  • Strong awareness of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Experience in international business environments is a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the territory
  • Romanian – native or fluent
  • English – good working level for communication with HQ
