Sales Forecasting: Lead sales forecast activities, setting measurable performance targets.
Segment Expansion: Research and define new business opportunities, expanding hotel segments through targeted sales efforts.
Competitive Analysis: Review comp set and market reports, identifying strategies for ADR and RevPAR growth.
Strategic Planning: Participate in preparing and executing sales action plans.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and prepare sales reports, ensuring up-to-date records for strategic decision-making.
Proven experience as Head of Sales / Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, with a focus on active sales.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer service principles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, Delphi and Opera PMS.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience with the Hilton brand is a plus.
