We’re hiring a Sales Manager who can coach, run tight numbers, and build a high-performance culture without burning reps out.


Must-have requirement

  • Proven experience managing a fully remote sales team. You’ve led reps across time zones, held accountability virtually, and driven performance through cadence, coaching, and scorecards.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coach a team of remote sales reps to hit weekly + monthly targets
  • Drive daily execution: call volume, speed-to-lead, follow-up discipline, pipeline movement, closes
  • Run 1:1s, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards
  • Handle under-performance properly: early warning metrics → coaching plan → PIP → decision
  • Own sales forecasting + budgeting (Excel-based) and adjust quickly when targets are at risk
  • Improve output using AI tools (reporting, coaching insights, summaries, QA, etc.)
  • Support hiring: interview structure, evaluating traits, selecting closers


What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years total sales experience (strong personal selling foundation)
  • 3+ years sales management with real examples of turning performance around
  • Managed 6–15+ direct reports (or similar scope)
  • Strong with Excel forecasting + budgeting (pipeline math, assumptions, scenarios)
  • Confident, direct leader: holds standards, coaches consistently, raises intensity responsibly
  • Comfortable with CRM + dashboards + using AI in day-to-day sales management


Technical & Work Requirements

  • Advanced experience with CRMs and building team-wide dashboards/reports.
  • Mastery of AI tools to automate team tasks and improve response times.
  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
  • Noise-cancelling headset
  • Computer with 16GB RAM (minimum)
  • Dual monitor setup + webcam
  • 100 Mbps internet speed minimum (reliable connection)


Compensation includes:

  • Base pay (aligned to experience and team scope)
  • Performance incentives tied to clear team outcomes (ex: appointments set/held, close rate, revenue, retention, speed-to-lead, pipeline health)
  • Upside for top performers — the stronger the team performs, the more you earn
