What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Manages sales in the IM-PET profit center, as well as relationships with local and international accounts/customers
• Apply the standard sales process and sales tools (CRM, CTS, bidding tool) for projects/price calculation, approval, offer, submission.
• Develop solutions and concepts regarding customer requirements
• Promote the products, packaging solutions and innovations offered by the company
• Responsible for constantly improving profit margins without focusing only on volume/tons
• Work together with the sales team and align how to develop customer accounts and sales forecasts based on the customer segmentation process and strategy
• Implements the strategy of attracting new customers/segments to the IM-PET market, as well as the company's sales strategy
• Analyzes and observes the market related to customers and competitors and presents reports to the organization's management.
• Prepares monthly/quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Prepare sales budget
• Actively participates in achieving financial, operational and sustainability goals
  

What makes you great

• Completed University Studies
• Previous experience - minimum 6 years of experience in sales and production of plastic packaging or in related fields.
• PC Operating Knowledge (MS Office)
• Knowledge of computer system operation
• Customer Orientation Skills
• Solid management and communication skills
• Advanced level of English knowledge (written and spoken)
