Role Description

• We are seeking a Business Developer Manager role with Agri experiencebased in Constanţa or Bucharest, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing client leads, building strong customer relationships, negotiating sales agreements, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires devising and implementing sales strategies, achieving performance targets, and continuously exploring opportunities to drive revenue and business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in developing and implementing sales strategies

Client relationship management and customer service aptitude

Knowledge of the agricultural, grain industries will be considered a strong advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
