→ Define the sales process, CRM, and the KPIs we track
→ Work directly with the founders – market feedback lands on your desk first
→ Hire and lead the sales team as we grow

What we're looking for:
→ 3–5+ years in B2B software/SaaS sales, with closed deals – not just managed accounts
→ Ability to sell a platform, not a feature: you understand operations, workflows, and what "efficiency" means to a COO or CFO
→ Autonomy and comfort with startup pace
→ Fluent Romanian and English
