We are currently looking to strengthen our Sales team with a
Sales & Marketing Specialist
In this position, our future colleague will operate as the first point of contact for Sales & Marketing matters and for team members, customers, plant team etc. by supporting all projects of the Sales Department.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Drawing up and interpreting sales reports

• Participate in the sales forecasting process and any other necessary updates and adjustments

• Participate in the sales forecasting process to factory representatives

• Assist the workflow of the entire sales team (5 people)

• The classification of new calls for tenders in a fair and logical manner,

• Provide support to team members,

• Assisting team members in closing sales

• Participate with the sales manager to improve marketing materials for the team and manage them during promotions

• Assist the Sales Director into budgeting process.

Education and Experience:

• Higher education

• Knowledge of computer operation, especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to work with numbers, extract accurate report conclusions and attention to detail;

• English – advance level;

• Experience with ERPs - Navision can be an advantage;

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office - advanced use of Excel is an advantage: sum, if, match, choose, index, Vlookup, pivot tables etc.);

• Ability to manage time and more tasks at the same time;

• Assist team members in a friendly and professional manner;

• Customer orientation;

• Punctual and serious.
