Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Medical Representative to join our growing team in Romania.
This role is essential for developing the Mediderma professional brand by building strong partnerships with aesthetic clinics, dermatology practices, and beauty centers. The position combines sales, clinical education, and hands-on treatment training.
Mandatory: The ideal candidate must have a cosmetician / aesthetic therapist background and practical experience performing professional skin treatments.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling Mediderma professional protocols and devices while increasing treatment adoption and clinic performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visits aesthetic clinics, dermatology offices, and beauty centers in the assigned region to promote Medi-Derma professional products and protocols;
- Performs hands-on demonstrations and treatment trainings (chemical peels, protocols, device usage) for clinic staff;
- Builds and maintains long-term relationships with clinic partners;
- Responsible for achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in the assigned territory;
- Educates partners on treatment indications, contraindications, protocols, and post-procedure care;
- Assists clinics in treatment implementation, pricing structure, and patient communication;
- Monitors and supports proper usage of Mediderma devices and professional products;
- Participates in workshops, masterclasses, congresses, and training events;
- Collaborates closely with the marketing team and implements professional campaigns and promotional initiatives;
- Places and follows up customer orders, payments, and stock management;
- Provides daily/weekly activity and visit reports.
Requirements
We are looking for a passionate professional in the aesthetic and skin treatment field with the following competencies:
- Mandatory certification as cosmetician / aesthetic therapist (beauty therapist);
- Practical experience performing facial treatments and chemical peels;
- Strong interest in dermatology and skin pathology (acne, pigmentation, aging, sensitive skin);
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience (experience in the aesthetic or medical-aesthetic industry is a major advantage);
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills;
- Persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities;
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset;
- Availability to travel approximately 10% of the time;
- Completed higher education (medical, cosmetic, or related field preferred);
- Good English knowledge;
- Valid driving license (B category).
