Stratpharma, a global leader in medical devices and pharmaceuticals, is currently seeking a motivated Sales & Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales & Medical Representative at Stratpharma Romania, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative products to doctors and pharmacies. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory.
Tasks

• Meet and exceed sales targets for Stratpharma's portfolio of products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, independent pharmacies, pharmacy chains, local key accounts and wholesalers
• Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of Stratpharma's products
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and handle any customer inquiries or issues
• Regularly update CRM system with relevant customer and sales information
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  

Organization and Time Management

• Independently plan territory routing to consistently achieve the best possible coverage to all HCP
• Submit all administrative reports, expense reports and business plans accurately and in a timely manner
• Prioritize daily tactics based on greatest business impact
  

Customer Relation

• Demonstrate customer-centric approach to business planning, use of medical promotion skills and sales process
• Uncover the customer's needs and provide the appropriate information, resources and message to deliver maximum value
• Develop and build long-term strategic business relationships with core customers
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales & medical promotion, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Previous experience in medical promotion to: plastic surgery, dermatology, gynecology, radiotherapy - is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• Fluency in English
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the country
