Mission

We're looking for a Sales Operations professional to implement, run, and scale the infrastructure that powers our GTM teams. 

Reporting to the CRO, this role is all about operational excellence - driving predictability, efficiency, and growth.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Set up and maintain a repeatable GTM operating system
• Enable sales teams to sell faster and smarter through tools and processes
• Improve pipeline velocity, sales data quality, and best practices adherence
• Deliver predictable revenue insights and accurate forecasting
  

Very likely you can be successful if you 

• Have some experience or at least knowledge of  the sales methodologies and frameworks that are foundational for our sales: Gap Selling (Keenan), MEDDPICC, BANT, and Challenger Sale
• Have 2-3+ years in Sales Ops / RevOps / GTM Ops (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Have CRM and revenue tools expertise
• Have a proven track record improving forecasting, pipeline, and data quality
• Are a detail-oriented and hands-on operator
