We are looking for a Sales & Operations Support Consultant to join this organization.

Objectives

Support sales and operations processes by ensuring smooth customer interactions, efficient order management, and contribution to marketing and product development activities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Learn and present the product portfolio clearly and engagingly.
• Handle phone sales and attend meetings with potential clients.
• Prepare and pack daily orders from the website/marketplace.
• Receive, organize, and manage new products in the warehouse/showroom.
• Process returns and maintain accurate records.
• Add and update product information on the website/marketplace.
• Contribute to marketing tasks, including banners, social media posts, and campaign ideas.
• Use AI tools for content generation, automation, and data analysis.
• Participate in inventory management and planning to ensure product availability.
• Work with vendors and suppliers for orders, negotiations, and product updates.
• Explore the testing lab to experiment with products and develop new ideas or automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new things.
• Initiative, responsibility, and strong team spirit.
• Excellent communication skills and openness toward people.
• Ambition, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
• Solid PC skills (Office, internet, online platforms).
• Conversational level of English.
• Nice to have: Electrical knowledge or electrician qualification.
