Responibilities

• Creation of reports and presentations on various sales figures, both actuals and forecasts, at different levels such as (Business) Division, Product, Region, Country, Account;
• Creation of target/actual analyses;
• Review and commenting on the plausibility of various sales figures;
• Preparation of scenario analyses and derivation of risks;
• Advisory role for Sales Performance Management regarding the structure of reports and definition of measures to be taken;
• Support in the development of IT systems/dashboards for Sales Performance Management.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable field of study;
• Initial professional experience in analytics or sales performance management;
• High affinity for data and numbers as well as confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Experience with Power BI, CRM & Business Intelligence Systems and SAP ERP;
• Very good written and spoken English skills (German is an advantage);
• High level of initiative, commitment and result orientation;
• Initial experience with the development of IT systems.
