// A. Internal:

• Responsible for achieving monthly targets in accordance with strategic plan.

• Have the responsibility to deliver the full range of portfolio to customers.

• Have the responsibility to deliver proper products detailing to HCPs (pharmacies & doctors).

• Organizes scientific events for HCPs and during which he/she makes presentations of Bayer products according to the marketing plan (group presentation, roundtable, symposia, medical conference).

• Report regularly to Head of Field and upon request: sales reports, reports on the distribution of promotional materials, monitor the competition.

• Have the responsibility to implement ongoing marketing campaigns and trade marketing and to send information from the field about the efficiency of these initiatives.

• Develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders

• Transportation, storage in good condition and efficient use of promotional materials and samples provided by company

• Update and maintain the company’s database (customers, products) in order to provide accurate and safe information.

• Participate in internal meetings and external events of the company (meetings, courses, symposiums and congresses, etc.).

• Is directly responsible for Bayer image in the pharmacies and to HCPs.

// B. External

• Have the responsibility to be impartial with distributors; the customer decides from which retailer to buy products.

• Develop and maintain good business relationship with representatives of distributors for Bayer Consumer Care products.

• Is responsible for checking stock in distributors warehouses in his/hers areas and to announce the superior in cases of lack of stock products

• Have the responsibility to verify clients inventories through the following activities: obtain information about stock, turnover assessment in order to constantly monitor the targets achievements.

• Have the responsibility to verify the flow of orders taken from customers and sent to distributors

• Compliant with the Health & Safety Regulations

• Fully alignment with all company policies, procedures & internal rules.

• Comply with Bayer internal regulations and support business ethics and code of conduct.
