Through Trimo Engineering, Trimo further strengthens its presence in Southeast Europe and continues to provide high-quality architectural solutions to an increasing number of clients and partners.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Realization of the monthly and annual sales plan for the assigned region;

• Market research, finding the new investments from various sources in the region, following them from the offer to the eventual conclusion of the contract (contact with all internal services of the company and external sales channels: project offices, investors, general contractors, installers),

• Expanding the client database by active and constant presence on the market;

• Creating and regularly updating databases on investors, architects, construction companies;

• Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities and reporting to the superior;

• Supporting to all internal departments in communication with clients in order to specify their requirements regarding material, specifications, as well as contracted commercial conditions;

• Actively cooperateing with the technical support department regarding investment documentation - in order to create the most optimal offer for the client;

• Cooperating with customer support department, as a link between the customer support department and the client whenever it is necessary;

• Continuously entering and updating all necessary data and information in the CRM database;

• Participating in the preparation of the Contract with internal departments and superior;

• Prepars weekly meeting plan, reports weekly on all activities, attends weekly commercial meetings;

Direct Sales: Achieving the sales plan through direct selling of products in the allocated area.

Portfolio Development: Actively identifying new clients and increasing the market share of our products.

Technical Consulting: Identifying optimal solutions for current and potential clients in the assigned region.

✅ Your Profile:

Education: Completed higher education.

Mobility: Category B driving license (essential for client visits).

Expertise: Knowledge of construction market, client database and knowledge of sandwich panels.

Skills: Excellent communication, positive attitude, persuasion, and the ability to solve problems under pressure.

Values: Sense of order, discipline, integrity, and loyalty to the company.
