Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for one of its clients, an international company specialized in the distribution of specialty ingredients for the Food, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics industries.

We are looking for both Junior and Senior Sales Representatives who combine a technical background with a passion for B2B sales and building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and client visits.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial offers and product solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Technical, R&D and Operations teams to deliver the best customer experience.
• Achieve agreed sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related technical field.

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in one of the following industries:
• Food Ingredients
• Bakery Ingredients
• Pharmaceutical Ingredients
• Cosmetic Ingredients
• Specialty Chemicals
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Experience working with CRM systems is considered an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
