Main Responsibilities:
- Consulting clients in the showroom.
- Handling incoming inquiries (phone, email, online).
- Selling hot tubs, saunas, pool equipment, parts, and accessories.
- Preparing quotations and conducting active follow-up until the sale is finalized.
- Proactively identifying and developing new clients (B2C and B2B).
- Identifying and qualifying clients for project-based solutions (pools / SPA).
- Organizing and conducting client meetings in Bucharest and the surrounding region.
- Working with a CRM system and reporting on sales and activities.
- Coordinating with the technical and operations teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent command of Romanian (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational skills and discipline (working with CRM, quotations, follow-up).
- Category B driving license - mandatory.
- Good computer literacy (Email, Excel; CRM experience is an advantage).
- English and/or Bulgarian - considered an advantage.
Will Be Considered an Advantage
-Experience with technical products, showroom sales, construction, or the wellness sector.
-Established contacts with architects, builders, investors, or hotels.
