The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales & Strategic Partnerships to lead revenue growth and positioning for Vibre Hotel and C’est la Vie Rooftop Restaurant.
You will define the commercial strategy, build high-value partnerships, and drive revenue through premium events, corporate clients, and brand collaborations; helping shape two of Cluj’s leading lifestyle destinations.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute sales and revenue strategy
• Drive growth across corporate events, private experiences, and brand activations
• Build and manage partnerships with premium brands and corporate clients
• Lead event sales strategy and negotiations
• Represent the venues within business and lifestyle networks
• Lead and develop the sales and events team
Candidate Profile
• 5+ years in hospitality sales, partnerships, or business development
• Proven revenue growth and partnership development experience
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Team leadership experience
• Well-connected in business or hospitality networks
• Fluent English (Other languages is a plus)
