To support our continued growth in Romania, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Specification Representative to join our team.
As a Sales & Specification Representative, you will play a key role in driving project specifications, developing long-term relationships with architects and designers, supporting sales growth, and contributing to Gerflor's visibility and marketing activities in the Romanian market.
Reporting
You will report to the Specification Manager.
Your duties will lead you to be in contact with the various departments of the company based in France, particularly: Customer Service Department, Marketing Department, and Technical Assistance Department.
Key Responsibilities
Specification & Business Development
Promote Gerflor flooring solutions to architects, interior designers, investors, contractors, and end users.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders influencing project specifications.
Identify, monitor, and develop project opportunities from early design stages through completion.
Manage and update project information using the CRM system.
Support distributors and partners through product presentations, training sessions, and joint customer visits.
Organize product presentations and "Lunch & Learn" sessions for the specification community.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and industry seminars.
Provide market intelligence regarding competitors, trends, and customer needs.
Marketing & Communication
Manage Gerflor Romania's social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Create and publish engaging content, project references, product launches, and company news.
Create and distribute newsletters to customers, architects, designers, and business partners.
Support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns, events, seminars, and promotional activities.
Prepare and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and communication tools.
Contribute to increasing Gerflor's brand awareness and visibility in the Romanian market.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Education
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Specification, Marketing, Communication, or Business Development.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience within the construction, building materials, flooring, architecture, or interior design industry is considered an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Social media and content creation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Professional proficiency in English.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Romania.
