🚀 Then what?

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be the guardian of the Salesforce ecosystem. You will ensure the platform remains healthy, scalable, and perfectly aligned with the operational needs of a major player in the utilities sector.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Platform Governance: Managing user access, roles, profiles, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Declarative Configuration: Building and maintaining automation using Flows, validation rules, and formula fields to streamline business processes.
• Environment Management: Overseeing the health of the Org, managing sandbox deployments, and staying ahead of Salesforce’s seasonal releases.
• Data Stewardship: Managing data imports, cleansing routines, and creating complex reports and dashboards to drive executive decision-making.
• Stakeholder Support: Serving as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing training, and troubleshooting day-to-day functional issues.
• Solution Design: Partnering with Salesforce Developers to bridge the gap between "out-of-the-box" features and custom-coded requirements.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of dedicated experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Cloud Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Automation Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Flow Builder (migrating legacy processes to modern flows).
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator is highly preferred; Service or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are a major plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to document business requirements and turn them into functional technical specs.
