Objectives

Help clients leverage Salesforce to drive business success by advising on best practices, customizing solutions, and ensuring seamless adoption of Salesforce technologies.

What you would do & responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design tailored Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce applications to enhance performance and usability.
• Implement and customize Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud) based on business requirements.
• Develop and execute data migration plans for seamless transitions.
• Provide training sessions to users and stakeholders on Salesforce functionalities.
• Offer ongoing support and maintenance to address issues and enhance system functionality.

Qualification requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and its various modules.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
• Preferred Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer).
• Strong understanding of integration tools, APIs, and data migration strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and teams effectively.
