What Awaits You
- As a CRM Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in the Retail CRM Analytics team, turning customer and sales data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Technical design and build CRM dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM).
- Develop dataflows and recipes to prepare and transform data within CRM Analytics.
- Extension of APEX based integration layer in Salesforce Sales Cloud (ENCO)
- Integrate data from multiple sources (Salesforce or external systems) to provide a 360-degree view of the sales performance.
- Help shape the company’s data-driven culture by promoting the value of analytics across teams
What Should You Bring Along
- University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Data Engineer/Analyst.
- Knowledge and previous experience with Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. admin certification), data model is preferred.
- Experience with data preparation tools within CRM Analytics (Dataflows, Recipes, SAQL) or similar.
- Familiarity with SQL and/or tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Proficiency in building intuitive and impactful dashboards and visualizations.
- Understanding of relational data models, data integration, and data governance principles.
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into data solutions and strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
