Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area with opportunities for remote work. The Salesforce Data Steward will be responsible for the management and maintenance of Salesforce multi-org data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality. Daily tasks include performing data maintenance and accuracy and resolving data integrity issues. In addition, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support daily RUN operations and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in Salesforce Data Management (Salesforce Inspector, Delpha) and maintaining Master Data accuracy and deduplication
• Strong Data Analysis skills as to own the integrity of core referential, specifically Products (supporting Revenue Cloud) and Assets (supporting Field Services) and overseeing multi-currency synchronization and global platform settings.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying trends, anomalies, actionable insights and conducting regular quality audits to prevent errors in automated business processes
• Detail-oriented and rigorous with the ability to assess and improve data governance practices
• Experience and knowledge in Data Modeling and related processes is highly valued
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical run and build teams of engineers
• English proficiency above average (B2 level)
• French highly valued
