Maximize efficiency and profitability through effective resource management.
Ensure all financial processes follow company policies and compliance requirements.
Leadership and Team Development
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of stylists and guest service professionals.
Foster a supportive, performance-driven, and collaborative culture.
Set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Support continuous education and training aligned with Aveda's standards and values.
Guest Experience
Ensure exceptional guest care throughout every stage of the client journey.
Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Build long-term guest relationships to encourage loyalty, rebooking, and referrals.

Operational Excellence
Oversee all aspects of daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support inventory control and supplier coordination.
Drive continuous improvement by adopting best-in-class operational practices.
Marketing & Brand Growth
Coordinate local marketing initiatives to promote salon services and Aveda retail products.
