Main responsibilities:

• Core Support Activities: Handle incidents and service requests according to SLAs (ITSM, SAP Rise Service Requests), detect system downtimes or degradations, and maintain SAP Basis Runbooks;
• Ticket Coordination: Coordinate tickets with internal teams and external providers, and escalate complex issues to 3rd level units;
• Technical Troubleshooting (L2): Analyze and resolve technical issues, including ABAP dumps, system logs, locks, database, and performance issues;
• SAP Basis Customizing: Manage SAP standard jobs, RFC connections, and printer/spool administration;
• Operations & Maintenance: Manage transports according to defined strategies, implement SAP notes, monitor/renew certificates, and execute approved configuration changes;
• Project Support: Participate in planned maintenance windows, review Early Watch Alerts (EWA) reports, and assist L3 teams with SAP upgrades, migrations, system copies, and root cause analysis (RCA).

For our customer, a dynamic and innovative IT services provider that delivers SAP Consulting, Cloud Infrastructure, and DevOps solutions to international clients , we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SAP Basis Administrator (L1 / L2 Support) to join a high-performing technical team.
In this role, you will be focused on providing first and second-level operational support, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of SAP systems , while collaborating closely with 3rd level units and external partners.
Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration or IT operations environments;
• Technical Skills: Good understanding of SAP Basis standard transactions (such as SM21, ST22, SM37, SM50/51, SM66, SM12, SM58) and a basic understanding of SAP HANA architecture and administration;
• Tools & Frameworks: Experience with incident, request, and transport management in ITIL-based environments, as well as familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM or operational monitoring tools;
• Security & Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of SAP security fundamentals (certificates, TLS, SSO basics), high-availability concepts, clustering, and load balancing;
• Soft Skills: Structured, documentation-oriented way of working and good English communication skills.
• Advantages (Nice to have): Exposure to SAP RISE environments, backup/restore procedures, performance tuning, or SAP add-on installations.
