SAP CS Consultant | Customer Service Processes | Remote / Romania

At CREW HARBOR we connect German mid-sized companies with strong IT and SAP teams in Romania. For one of our German clients we are looking for an experienced SAP CS Consultant with a solid understanding of service processes and integration into logistics and finance modules.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and further development of SAP CS processes within the customer environment
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions
• Configure and optimize service orders, notifications and billing processes
• Collaborate closely with the SD, MM and FI/CO teams to ensure process integration
• Provide 2nd level support and contribute to ongoing project activities

Your Profile

• Several years of hands-on experience as SAP CS Consultant
• Strong understanding of service and maintenance processes
• Integration knowledge with related SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO)
• Experience with customizing and troubleshooting in SAP ECC or S/4HANA
• English fluent, German nice to have
• Analytical mindset, structured work approach and good communication skills
