Your future role
Work and act as a Functional SAP consultant within our Global Trade Services SAP Team;Provide support to all SAP project phases including preparation, blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, and hypercare.Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, and data migration.Work closely with users to understand their requirements and provide solutions in alignment with best practices;Write support documentation and knowledge base articles;Work closely with our GTS Centre of Excellence to support system improvements;Communicate effectively with users, support teams and stakeholders;Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing support priorities;Being committed to developing new professional skills.
