Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA QM will enable you to help clients optimize their quality management operations, improve product quality, and reduce costs.Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement SAP S/4HANA QM solutions to meet clients' business requirements, utilizing your expertise in SAP S/4HANA QM to optimize quality management operations. Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and design tailored solutions using SAP S/4HANA QM tools. Configure SAP S/4HANA QM: Configure SAP S/4HANA QM systems to meet clients' specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Deliver Solution Value: Help clients realize the benefits of SAP S/4HANA QM solutions, including improved product quality and reduced costs, through effective solution delivery and implementation. Optimize Quality Management: Utilize SAP S/4HANA QM expertise to analyze clients' quality management operations and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations for optimization and enhancement.Required Technical And Professional ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field 3–7 years of experience as an SAP QM functional consultant, preferably in support or AMS Solid understanding of SAP QM processes (Inspection Lot Processing, Results Recording, Quality Notifications, Certificates) Experience in issue analysis using SAP tools such as ST22, SM37, and transaction tracing Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Solution Manager) Knowledge of integration points between QM and other SAP modules Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with business users SAP QM certification is a plusPreferred Technical And Professional Experience Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps Basic knowledge of batch management and serial number management Understanding of quality processes in regulated or high‑volume production environments Experience working in a ticket‑based support model and meeting SLAs Italian language skills Show more Show less
