SAP IT Inhouse Consultant SuccessFactors

As an SAP IT Inhouse Consultant SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for the technical support and further development of our HR system landscape. You will work closely with the HR department and support the implementation of innovative SAP solutions. In doing so, you will actively shape the digital HR transformation – in particular by replacing SAP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Your responsibilities:

System support: Further development of SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central.

Interface management: Technical consulting and integration with surrounding systems, including monitoring.

Requirements management: Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating technical and business requirements.

Implementation: Implementing architecture and security specifications as well as business requirements, including documentation.

Cloud integration: Creating and maintaining iFlows in SAP Cloud Integration.

Process optimization: Supporting and improving the SAP HCM modules Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY).

Project work: Taking ownership of projects and providing operational support in day-to-day business.

Collaboration: Close cooperation with the existing IT-HR team, the HR department, internal IT teams, and external service providers.

What you bring:

Experience: Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and, ideally, the SAP HCM modules Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY).

Technology skills: Solid knowledge of SAP BTP and Cloud Integration.

Integration know-how: Experience with ODATA API and various interface scenarios.

Soft skills: Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured way of working.

Languages: German (business fluent) and English.
