Qualifications

Profile:

•  Solid experience in SAP system configuration, implementation, and support, with expertise in one or more key modules.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex processes and propose practical solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
•  Experience in driving process improvement projects and familiarity with change management principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•  Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Business Administration, or similar); SAP certification is a plus.
• Know-how about BTP is a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and optimize SAP-enabled business processes across key modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, FI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
•  Configure, test, and implement SAP processes while ensuring seamless integration across systems.
•  Identify improvement opportunities and provide strategic guidance for process optimization and automation.
•  Lead workshops, document processes, and provide expert-level support to end users.
•  Manage system upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure business continuity.
•  Serve as a liaison between operational teams and central experts functions.
• Be a part of S4HANA transition, actively shape the new ERP system for your responsibility area.
