We are looking for an Amazing: SAP Retail Merchandising Consultant

Work model: FULL REMOTE

The amazing you, will have:

• Analyze and gather business requirements within Retail environments
• Design and configure SAP IS-Retail / SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions
• Lead and facilitate functional workshops with stakeholders
• Prepare functional documentation (BBP, Functional Specifications, Test Scripts, etc.)
• Support integration testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support
• Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP, Integration, Basis)
• Identify process improvement opportunities across merchandising, pricing, promotions, and supply chain
• Ensure solution compliance with SAP best practices

✅ Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Retail implementations
• Proven experience in SAP Retail Merchandising processes
• Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project
• Strong knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and FI modules

Technical Skills

• SAP IS-Retail
• SAP S/4HANA Retail (preferred)
• Article Master Data
• Assortment Management
• Pricing & Promotions
• Integration with POS, WMS, or other retail systems

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and within international teams

🌟 Nice to Have

• SAP Certification (Retail or S/4HANA)
• Experience in international projects
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
