Tasks

• Support SAP Authorizations activities within SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Manage user administration activities, including user creation, user lifecycle management, and access changes.
• Design, maintain, and optimize SAP roles and authorizations based on business requirements.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support projects across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests using the ITSM tool.
• Provide second- and third-level support for SAP authorization-related topics.
• Maintain authorization documentation and support change management activities.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant access management.
  

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of SAP Roles & Authorizations concepts, including hands-on experience with PFCG and SUIM.
• Experience analyzing and resolving authorization issues using tools such as SU53, SUIM, and STAUTHTRACE.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA authorization and user administration activities.
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working in IT Service Management environments.
• Experience with the XAMS Suite.
• Basic understanding of SAP Fiori role design and authorization concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP authorization concepts and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud security.
