Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Proven experience (5+ years) managing SAP projectsProven experience managing major SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally in global organisations.Solid understanding of SAP functional domains FI, CO, SD, MM, PS (CPM nice-to-have).Experience leading cross‑functional delivery teams and managing effectively challenging local stakeholders.Deep knowledge of ERP project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.Strong governance and reporting experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership.Experience managing integrations, data migration, testing and change workstreams.Strong analytical skills with structured problem‑solving capability.Ability to maintain momentum and ensure delivery to scope, time, and quality.Ability to understand and manage business / customer stakeholder relationships, their needs, their priorities, and their drivers across a diverse range of multiple entities in different countries.Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to listen, question and where appropriate challenge stakeholder requirements and build on-going relationships. Most importantly to work effectively in a team and adopt the SLS ERP Delivery ways of workingExperienced at being highly organised with the ability to work proactively under pressure in a high demand environment.Very strong organisational skills with the ability to respect deadlines and plan and prioritise accordingly.Ability to operate comfortably in a ‘hands on environments’ as well as operate ‘from the balcony'Qualifications/Education Educated to Degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of ERP related experience, preferably in a multi geography environment.SAP Certification (functional or technical) highly desirable.
