Xiting is your 360° solution provider for comprehensive SAP security. In addition to SAP authorizations, our holistic service portfolio focuses on identity and access management (IAM), access governance & compliance, cyber security & monitoring and everything to do with cloud security.

The company, which has been awarded the status of SAP Gold Partner, was founded in 2008 by experienced SAP consultants in Switzerland and now has more than 100 employees at various branches worldwide (Germany, Romania, USA and UK). Our qualified SAP security consultants meet the high-quality standards of more than 600 national and international customers, both with remote services and on-site.

We are looking for a new team member who is passionate about SAP technologies, excels in problem-solving, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to explore the world of SAP Security.

Your key responsibilities:

• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for error analysis and problem solving acrossour SAP applications XAMS (Xiting Authorizations Management Suite) and XCW (Xiting Central Workflows).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted partner in their success.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, offering expert guidance and technical support.
• Ensure thorough documentation, system configurations, and testing are in line with business needs.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in SAP application support and incident management.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• High level of independent working ability and proactive attitude.
• Personally, we especially value your strong communication skills, service-oriented teamwork, and your willingness to engage deeply with the challenges faced by our customers.
