Tasks

• Collaborate with customers and HR teams to identify business requirements and design SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules in line with business needs and best practices.
• Manage implementation life cycles from requirement gathering, workshops, configuration, testing, and go-live to post-go-live support.
• Support solution design, system configuration, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Create and deliver training materials for end-users and administrators.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and delivery of solutions.
• Support testing activities, including UAT, and assist with issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, configuration workbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module configuration and implementation.
• Solid understanding of SuccessFactors platform functionalities
• Experience in requirements gathering, workshops, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay.
  

Nice-to-have:

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification.
• Exposure to global or international SuccessFactors projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage.

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
