You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to plan, monitor, and control project performance and service level agreements (SLAs). Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will collaborate across teams, guide decision-making, and ensure successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Scheduling & Control Create, maintain and monitor project schedules using advanced tools and methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Project Performance & Compliance Ensure adherence to SLAs, project timelines and quality standards through structured project control processes. Data Analysis & Decision Support Analyze project data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide actionable reporting and insights for strategic decision‑making.Cross‑functional Coordination & Leadership Collaborate with and guide cross‑functional teams, leading scheduling and project control initiatives across multiple projects or teams.Subject Matter Expertise & Problem Solving Act as a scheduling and project control SME, contributing to key decisions and providing solutions to complex project challenges.What you need to succeed:Languages & Communication Fluent in English and German (B2/C1), with strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across teams and functions. Project & Program Management Expertise Solid experience in program and project management, with a strong understanding of project management fundamentals and capital project environments.Project Controls & Scheduling Tools Advanced proficiency in capital project controls and analytics, including hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6. Domain Knowledge: Transmission & Distribution Advanced understanding of transmission and distribution fundamentals within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
