Mega Image is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile environment and support cross-functional teams in delivering valuable, high-quality products.

In this role, you will act as a true Agile facilitator and coach, promoting effective communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events, ensuring the correct use of Scrum practices, tools, and methodologies, and translating complex Agile concepts into practical, actionable ways of working.

Key responsibilities:

• Promote effective communication by creating Agile communication channels and translating Scrum concepts into practical, understandable language
• Facilitate Scrum events: initiative kick-offs, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and management in Scrum and Agile principles
• Support teams by removing impediments, resolving blockers and conflicts, and facilitating collaboration
• Manage Scrum tools and ensure proper application of Agile methodologies
• Create and maintain clear reporting frameworks for teams and management
• Monitor delivery timelines, releases, calendars, lead time, and process flow
• Track workload and delivery performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, refinement, prioritization, and capacity planning
• Ensure alignment between Product Owners and Business Owners and manage cross-team dependencies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile best practices adoption
• Identify organizational impediments and propose actionable solutions
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve Agile effectiveness across the organization
• Stay up to date with Agile trends and tools and incorporate them into the Agile strategy

What we’re looking for:

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and proven experience in coaching and knowledge transfer
• Hands-on experience with successful Agile techniques and practices
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban (additional frameworks are a plus)
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP) – nice to have
• SAFe knowledge or experience – nice to have
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and ownership
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
