Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor security and loss prevention procedures in MODIVO Group stores.
• Ensure physical and technical security, including CCTV, access control, anti-theft, and alarm systems.
• Assess risks and prevent merchandise and financial losses.
• Conduct internal and external investigations in cases of fraud or theft.
• Coordinate activities of external security staff and cooperate with local authorities and law enforcement.
• Detain individuals in accordance with company procedures and statutory regulations.
• Conduct operational audits and supporting visits to stores to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide training for employees on security, loss prevention, and awareness programs.
• Create risk assessment plans based on statistical data and analysis.
• Document and archive security reports and video materials.
• Ensure proper use and storage of company property, IT equipment, and marketing materials.
• Promote the CCC Group values and maintain professional conduct in the workplace.
• Comply with GDPR, Labor Code, Health & Safety, and Fire Protection regulations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor in the field of security and loss prevention.
