Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with Romanian accounting standards and legal requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and monitor the company's liquidity position.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports, including SAF-T declarations and other required fiscal filings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage payroll-related information and ensure employee pay variables are accurately communicated to the external payroll provider.
• Prepare financial analyses, management reports, and key performance indicators to support decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Work closely with the production and operational teams to improve processes and contribute to the ongoing development of the company's ERP system.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial policies as the company grows.
• Participate in special projects and support the management team on financial and business matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial management, controlling, or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience with SAF-T reporting and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Good working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Hands-on attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a growing team.
