What you do with us

• You will design and implement complex Active Directory environments, including cross-forest migrations and Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations
  
• You will work on challenging projects in the cyber incident space with a strong focus on security and identity
  
• You will support customers through all project phases as a trusted advisor - architecture, implementation, troubleshooting
  
• You will define and document best practices for hybrid identity setups (on-prem & cloud) and security standards
  
• You will collaborate closely with Microsoft - run workshops, solve technical issues and help drive the partnership
  
• You will share your knowledge with the team, especially by mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to internal enablement
  

When you fit in with us

• You are an expert in identity management and IT security, with several years of hands-on experience, especially in the AD environment
  
• You have a solid understanding of Microsoft infrastructure - from Windows Server to Azure AD, Entra ID, and Hybrid Identity setups
  
• You are passionate about IT security, always looking to learn and apply new skills to stay ahead of the curve
  
• You have worked with AD security topics like tiering models, AD hardening, and vulnerability analysis tools such as Bloodhound
  
• You have a strong consultative mindset and excellent communication skills in both German and English
