Senior AI Engineer – OCR, Machine Learning & Big Data

Join our team if you are a Senior AI Engineer skilled in OCR, Machine Learning, and Big DataProcessing to develop large-scale, intelligent systems that transform unstructured text and images into actionable data — securely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy OCR pipelines using deep learning (CNNs, Transformers, Vision-Language Models, etc).
• Build and optimize data processing workflows using tools like Spark, Databricks, or Hadoop.
• Develop ML models for document understanding, text extraction, and entity recognition.
• Integrate and fine-tune OCR frameworks (i.e., Tesseract, EasyOCR, PaddleOCR) for multilingual data.
• Apply privacy-preserving AI methods (federated learning, differential privacy) to protect sensitive information.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy scalable, reliable AI solutions.
• Lead technical improvements and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in ML/OCR model development and deployment.
• Strong Python and deep learning experience (i.e., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV).
• Expertise in Big Data technologies (i.e,. Kafka, Spark, Databricks etc).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LayoutLM, Donut, TrOCR, or other document AI models.
• Background in text analytics or knowledge graphs.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
