The Role
Zenitech is looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our R&D team, focusing on building innovative solutions to help our operations and our clients. You’ll be part of a talented, multicultural team, designing scalable data solutions that drive analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making for our clients.
What you will do

• Designing, developing and deploying client-specific AI solutions in the system landscape of Zenitech and client companies
• Research & Development
• Translating AI use cases into architectural and technical requirements for development and implementation
• Guiding and empowering junior colleagues in the technical implementation of Generative AI use cases for our clients
• Further developing Zenitech’s AI services portfolio
• Given that this is a fast-evolving field, it’s important to keep track of the latest advancements
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software engineer and at least 6 months of experience working with Generative AI applications
• Proficient in Python, with experience in other programming languages such as Java, C++ or Go
• A strong focus on machine learning, Generative AI, and business intelligence
• Experience in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions in consulting or industry
• Experience with LLM and foundation models, RAG systems and frameworks (query translation, hierarchical indexing, LangChain, LangGraph), model fine-tuning, deployment etc.)
• Familiarity with data science methodologies, statistical modelling, machine learning frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), and agile development methodologies
• Experience with different database technologies, especially vector database
• Excellent English skills, strong communication, and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical and management stakeholders
