As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the quality and reliability of our booming new platform. You will lead automation initiatives, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design and testing of new functionalities. Your expertise will ensure seamless delivery of high-performance applications, directly impacting the company’s ability to innovate and maintain its industry leadership.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web and desktop applications.
• Design and execute automated test cases using JVM Playwright, Cucumber, and REST Assured.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage for new product features.
• Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
• Foster a culture of sharing and continuous improvement through mentoring and knowledge exchange.
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, participating actively in Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and delivery of high-quality software.

Qualifications & Experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in QA automation, with proven expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in automation tools and technologies: JVM Playwright, Cucumber, REST Assured.
• Solid understanding of automation for both web and desktop applications.
• Experienced in CI/CD processes, specifically using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
