What will you do:

• Identify customer needs, document them thoroughly, and analyze them so the development team can get to work.
• Accurately estimate the timing and scope of requests while critically assessing them.
• Multitasking and setting priorities are key aspects of this role.
• Register and track all requests from start to finish: you are responsible for the smooth and timely resolution of bug fixes and changes.
• Continuous and timely communication with customers is a given for you.
• Work closely with the service manager: prepare and plan requests and changes, review request and change statuses.
• Ensure agreed deadlines and estimates are met, and take proactive action if they are at risk.
• Monitor the status of tickets daily and act as the bridge between the customer and the development team.

• You have experience with analysis, testing, and documentation in a software environment.
• You can keep an overview of multiple tasks and are eager to deepen your knowledge of our applications.

• You communicate fluently in English.
• You are critical, able to think conceptually, and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills.
