Mission Description

As a Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring the alignment of our processes with organizational goals.

Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Documentation and Communication:

• Create clear and comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Solution Design and Evaluation:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate potential solutions.
• Provide input on the feasibility, benefits, and risks associated with proposed solutions.

Project Management Support:

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance business analysis capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
• Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department to facilitate effective communication.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Expert or in a similar role, ideally in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, like agile.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics experience in specific in Commerce POS and Finance & Operations modules
• Strong understanding of POS and/or ERP systems and their integration into physical retail environments.
• Familiarity with POS hardware and software ecosystems such as Microsoft Dynamics Commerce, and with integration into ERP, e-commerce, and marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with retail operations and compliance challenges in global contexts.
• Background in Finance and/or Supply Chain systems, especially regarding their connection to retail processes.
