Job Description
Senior Business Analyst - Medical, Healthcare domain.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business, medical, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, medical domain experts, and the development team.
• Write, refine, and maintain user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Participate actively in SAFe / Agile ceremonies, including PI planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure transparency by communicating roadmap, dependencies, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Validate deliverables against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support release planning and ensure solutions meet quality, compliance, and usability standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and value optimization within the product.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in medical, healthcare, life sciences, or pharma projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows (clinical, patient data, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare platforms).
• Proven experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog.
• Ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders, medical experts, and development teams.
• Strong experience writing and refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience working in SAFe / Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience translating regulatory, business, and clinical requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
