While Xebia is a global tech company, our journey in CEE started with two Polish companies – PGS Software, known for world-class cloud and software solutions, and GetInData, a pioneer in Big Data. Today, we’re a team of 1,000+ experts delivering top-notch work across cloud, data, and software. And we’re just getting started.

You will be

• :leading end-to-end business analysis activities – from understanding business needs to supporting solution delivery
• ,translating business goals into clear requirements and practical solution concepts
• ,analyzing and model business processes to identify improvements and optimization opportunities
• ,collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA
• ,facilitating workshops and help align teams around shared goals and solutions
• ,creating clear, structured, and testable documentation (epics, user stories, process models, integration requirements)
• ,identifying system dependencies and potential risks, especially in integration scenarios
• ,supporing delivery teams by clarifying requirements and validating implemented solutions

Your profil

• e:8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environment
• s,experience working in Agile teams and product-oriented organization
• s,strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skill
• s,solid experience in business process analysis and modeling (e.g., BPMN
• ),good understanding of system integrations and APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI
• ),familiarity with authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2) and integration pattern
• s,experience with tools such as Jira / Azure DevOps and Confluence / Notio
• n,basic SQL knowledge and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman
• ),strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and ability to work in dynamic environment
• s,availability to start the workday early (typically between 6:00–7:00 AM) to align with the project team’s working hour
