You will join the project team of one of Cegeka’s customers from the automotive sector. The goal of the team will be to help with the digital transformation of customers’ business processes, bringing a higher value to our clients by adding to the already high-quality software delivery a new allocation engine.

Responsibilities:

• You identify customer needs by writing user stories and have experience in performing analyses, testing and working in an Agile environment.
• You translate requirements to the team during refinement sessions. Having knowledge and experience in Example Mapping is a plus.
• You constantly monitor the evolution of the backlog and you challenge the customer on requests for changes.
• As go-to-person of the scrum team, functional questions come to you.
• You follow up development and testing of the functionalities as described in the user stories.
• You facilitate demo/ review sessions with the customer.
• You know what is going on in the team, coach them to be self-organizing according to scrum and ensure focus and remove obstacles for them.
• You organize and facilitate sprint plannings, reviews, retro sessions and stand-up meetings.
• You make sure the team works according to the Agile values and principles.
• You support the developers in applying the correct engineering practices in order to work productively and qualitatively.
• You encourage the team to be self-organizing.
• Together with the team, you continuously look for process improvements.
• You are part of a community where learning, knowledge sharing and personal growth are key.

Requirements:

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a functional analyst, ideally combined with the role of scrum master, in custom software development projects.
• You get energy from facilitating a team and building an "open feedback" culture.
• You have extensive knowledge and experience with Scrum/ Agile.
• You have strong analytical skills to grasp and structure complex problems.
• Knowledge sharing, eagerness to learn, drive and flexibility are part of your DNA.
• You are an excellent communicator, both to the team and to the client organization.
• You are proactive and stress resistant
