The role serves as the senior interface between Expert Services and EDT Finance & Controlling, translating business priorities into scalable commercial processes and executive-ready insights.The position combines strategic commercial management, pricing governance, portfolio and profitability steering, and data quality assurance. The role includes functional leadership of a small team.Your Role – meaningful & rewardingAct as the senior commercial interface towards Finance & Controlling, ensuring aligned reporting, governance, and effective decision-making processes.shape the engagement pricing logic and the commercial framework for the respective area, setting principles, standards, and practical application guidance for users and stakeholders.translate complex commercial data into fact-based insights, scenario views, and recommendations for pricing, portfolio, and leadership decisions.Monitor and apply profitability steering and quality assurance, e.g. consultant time booking behaviour, and introduce continuous process improvements.Develop a view on external partner insights, market developments, and commercial benchmarks to support data driven leadership decision making.Lead, develop, and coordinate a small team, ensuring strategic prioritization and high-quality and stakeholder-focused delivery.Your Profile – authentic & open-minded5+ years of experience in Commercial Management, Controlling, Finance, Portfolio Management, or a comparable business function.Proven experience within a management, technology, or professional services consultancy.
